Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using Nudg, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Nudg. If you're using Nudg on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind them.

2. Who can use Nudg

You must be at least 16 years old. If you're under 18, you also need your parent or guardian to agree. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for your login and anything that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@nudg.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Give us accurate info. Don't impersonate someone else.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the app
• Use Nudg for anything illegal, harmful, or harassing
• Attempt to extract the underlying AI models or system prompts
• Share your account or resell access
• Exploit bugs instead of reporting them

5. Subscriptions & payment

Nudg is free to use with limits. Nudg Pro pricing depends on where you purchase:

• iOS (in-app purchase): $11.99/month, $59.99/year, or $119.99 one-time lifetime.
• Web (nudg.gg): $9.99/month, $49.99/year, or $99.99 one-time lifetime.

Monthly and yearly plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers; billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The exact price is always shown at the point of purchase.

• iOS subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account by Apple. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe; cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the period ends.
• Refunds follow the platform's policy (Apple / Stripe).
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Content & license

You own your check-ins, goals, and anything else you write into Nudg ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate Nudg for you.

Nudg's brand, UI, code, and AI coaching voices are ours.

7. AI output

Coach replies are generated by AI models. They may be wrong, generic, or contradictory. Use your judgment. Don't rely on them for medical, financial, or legal decisions. See our Disclaimer.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings or at nudg.gg/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, with notice when possible.

9. Disclaimers

NUDG IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Nudg is not a medical device, therapist, or emergency service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudg's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to binding arbitration with JAMS in Newark, New Jersey. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing legal@nudg.gg. Class actions are waived. Nothing in this section limits any consumer's mandatory rights under their state's privacy or consumer-protection laws (including but not limited to NJDPA, CCPA, VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, and similar). EU/UK residents retain mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get 14 days' notice by email and in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
