Nudg - Your Data

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We'll prepare your data and send it to the email address you provide.

What's Included

👤 Profile — Your name, email, coaching style, and account creation date
🎯 Goals — All goals you've created, including status and progress
💬 Check-ins — Every check-in message and AI coaching response
🔥 Streaks — Your streak history and milestones
🔔 Preferences — Notification settings and app preferences

Your data will be provided in a machine-readable format (JSON). We'll process your request within 30 days as required by applicable law.

Request Your Data

We'll email you a download link once your data is ready.

This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove all of your data, including your profile, goals, check-ins, conversations, streaks, and any generated insights. This cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile and account information
All goals and progress history
All check-in messages and AI coaching conversations
Streak data and insights
Push notification preferences

All data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your request.

Before You Delete

Cancel your subscription first — Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel.
Download your data — Want a copy of your data before deleting? Request a data export first.
If you're having issues with the app, contact support — we may be able to help.

Delete from the App

Open Nudg and go to Settings

Scroll down and tap Delete Account

Confirm the deletion when prompted

Request Deletion via Email

If you can't access the app, submit a request here and we'll handle it for you.
