What is Nudg?

Is Nudg free?
Yes! Nudg offers a free tier with daily check-ins. Nudg Pro unlocks unlimited check-ins, personalized notifications, and more. You can upgrade at any time from within the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Nudg and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and your check-in messages are not used to train AI models. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings. You can also request deletion from our
Your Data page. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Is Nudg a replacement for therapy?
No. Nudg is a motivational tool, not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you're in crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room.
