How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nudg → Cancel. Web: sign in, Account → Billing → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active through the end of your billing period.

I didn't get my daily notification.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Nudg → Allow Notifications is on. In Nudg, Settings → Reminders — confirm your preferred time. If it still doesn't fire, force-quit and reopen the app.

How do I change my coach?

Settings → Coach personality. Switch between Luna, Koda, Raven, or Fang (Pro · rec. 18+) anytime. Your streaks, goals, and history carry over.

Can I use Nudg on the web?

Yes — sign in at nudg.gg/login. The web app mirrors core iOS features (goals, check-ins, chat, insights).

How do I export my data?

Settings → Privacy → Export my data. You'll get a JSON file via email with every goal, check-in, and coach reply.

I forgot my password.

Reset it here. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

How do I delete my account?

In-app: Settings → Delete account. Or use this form — we'll confirm by email and delete everything within 30 days.

My streak disappeared!

Check Settings → Streaks → History. If it's a bug, email us with your user ID (Settings → About) and we'll restore it.
